State agencies across the U.S. face many environmental and infrastructure issues.

CEI is experienced in working for both transportation and environmental and capital improvement agencies. For example, in Massachusetts, CEI has worked for Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (MassDCR); MassDOT; the Massachusetts Department of Capital Asset Management (DCAM); the Masschusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the Massachusetts Division of Ecological Restoration (DER) among others. Projects have ranged from piloting a drone inspection program with MassDOT and Mass Aeronautics to assisting with drinking water services at state prisons to managing a major reconstruction of a key park among many others.
