In addition to MS4 compliance activities, CEI has helped municipalities, state and federal regulatory agencies, and private owners better manage stormwater and reduce flood impacts. CEI engineers and scientists have served on numerous state boards to facilitate better, more effective stormwater engineering designs that solve surface flooding problems as well as address dwindling groundwater recharge in areas.
