Mike is a CEI Principal Engineer with over 30 years of consulting experience, 12 with CEI.

Mike is a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager. He leads CEI’s Water Resources Division with expertise in water supply, treatment and distribution as well as wastewater and stormwater engineering. His experience includes planning, design, and construction services for the installation and rehabilitation of water mains, storage tanks, gravel packed wells, pumping stations and the construction and renovations of water treatment facilities. He has a B.S in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Environmental Engineering.

Mike is a weekend warrior having essentially renovated his 100 year old house and becoming proficient in the removal of horsehair plaster in the process! He enjoys outdoor activities year-round ranging from bicycling, running, hiking, and snowboarding (no surprise, as a native of Buffalo, NY). Mike enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters, exploring new cities and roller coasters along the way.

  • Project Manager for engineering and construction of 19,000ft of water transmission and main with pipe jacking and directional drill for crossings of I-91, railroad and river.
  • Project Manager for development of a townside stormwater master plan followed by flood mitigation involving culvert improvements.
