Principal Engineer
Matt is a CEI Principal Engineer and certified Floodplain Manager with 32 years of experience, 22 at CEI.
Matt is a Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager. He leads transportation, stormwater and flood related projects for CEI’s Civil Engineering Division. Originally at the CT Department of Transportation, Matt has extensive experience working with clients including State DOT’s, city and town public works departments, DOD agencies and the U.S. EPA. Matt coordinates a number of large projects at CEI, managing many of our engineers while serving as a technical resource and mentor.
Matt’s civil engineering degree is from UConn. He is a lifelong [Huskies, Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics] fan and volunteers with the Peterborough, NH Conservation Commission.
