The safety and good health of our CEI family is of the utmost importance to us. In order to protect our employees and maintain a high level of service to our clients, CEI has been monitoring the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control recommendations, and has implemented the following protocol for the COVID-19 public health issue:

1.  CEI‘s work from home policy has been in place for a number of years, and will continue to be used and expanded as needed to cover family illnesses or self-isolation. Our extensive video conferencing system can be used in place of in-person meetings when possible.

2. Airline travel for business will be restricted for the near future, at a minimum, until May 1 when it will then be reevaluated.

3. Events that attract more than a few people (15) will not be attended by employees if at all possible.

4. All construction projects will be reviewed for potential supply chain impacts so that we can inform our clients and take corrective steps where possible.

These steps are in addition to the recommended preventive measures of regular and consistent use of hand washing and use of hand sanitizer as well as increased cleaning and sanitizing of all offices and vehicles. Let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.
