The increase in impervious surfaces in the urbanizing Northeast has resulted in excessive stormwater that has serious hydrologic and water quality impacts. Results can include polluted waterways, flooding and damage to infrastructure and the environment. CEI has taken a leadership role in stormwater engineering and management and is considered an industry expert in this area.
